We don't take payment until we find a reliable interpreter who is able to help you for your specific journey. Once you send us your journey details and requirements through our order page, our team will effectively evaluate your schedule immediately. Only when we are confident that we can fulfill your needs will we send you a billing statement via email.

2. We have the largest translator community in China to find you the best interpreter for your specific journey.

After allocating a reliable interpreter for your schedule, we will arrange payment for your order. After making your deposit, the interpreter will lock his/her time and wait for you to arrive in China.

If we can't work, we will notify you in 24 hours to avoid wasting your valuable time.
